All the staff (especially Elizabeth, for her long term knowledge of our situation) is exceptionally friendly efficient, and courteous. Theresa, our hygienist, over the last year and a half, is very thorough, friendly, and gentle, performing a beautiful job and explaining tips when needed. Dr. Mikhail is very personable, thorough, and informative. We have been getting our dental care at this location for approximately 15 to 20 years. Ok, I am not a paid advertiser for Dr. Mikhail or Dental Plus, I am not a relative nor do I have any personal involvement with either. I am a real patient of Dr. Mikhail's. I was diagnosed in Saint Mary's GA with the need of a root canal. Luckily for me my pain was not unbearable and I was able to shop around. Saint Mary's GA is a small town without much competition, so natural the rule of "Supply and Demand" rules. I did my due diligence and ventured out almost 60 miles from home to find what appeared to be not only a well-informed website, but a business that obviously cared about me as a patient. They almost immediately called and then followed up with an email. Within minutes they were able to sensibly discuss my options and the estimated cost of such. I was sold. Going to Dental Plus for my root canal and cap was, now get this, it was actually enjoyable. To experience a well-functioning business from start to finish was enjoyable. It's easy to complain about poor service, and believe me I do, but I also give praise when I discover a business that still considers the customer as being vital to their business.
